This is the listing of Michael Cutler's available compositions and arrangements. Catalogue numbers follow the format of A###, where "A" is an uppercase letter and "###" a three-digit number. The number is simply a number with no intrinsic meaning, with the exception of the final digit, which will usually be "zero" - modifications of the work or separate movements are indicated by a non-zero digit in the final position.
The letter indicates the musical forces needed and conditions for use of the music. The legend is:
A: chamber music with piano
B: chamber music with organ
P: music for piano
O: concert music for organ
Q: devotional music for organ*
U: vocal ensemble (with or without accompaniment)
V: vocal music - solo singer (with or without accompaniment)
W: sacred choral music*
X: secular choral music
Z: other/nonspecified/worksheet

* Note: "sacred" choral music and "devotional" music for organ are simply pieces which are appropriate for use in worship; they may have a place in a concert context, as well. In the case of organ music, this is anything of a usable length and character, whether or not it is based on a hymn or choral tune.
